Safety information: Avoid use during pregnancy, but can be used in low doses in last trimester.
Physiological: Good for colitis, excess gas, obesity, jaundice, swellings, arthritis, muscle aches and pains, celullite, headaches, hypotension, mental fatigue, nervous exhaustion, sinus congestion, bronchitis, acne, dandruff, smoker’s skin. Liver and gall bladder tonic. Can reduce hair loss. Mix with sage to stop grey hair. Supports eucalyptus/peppermint in treating the common cold.
Psychological: Clears thoughts, enhances memory recall when mixed with lemon, promotes ability to act/organize, stimulates drive, strengthen willpower.
Historical: Roman students studied with garlands on heads to help their memory.
